Why does my package require a signature?Updated 2 months ago

Our products are only legal to those who are 21 years of age or older. If you do not successfully complete the ID verification, your order may go with Adult Signature needed, so we will require you to be home to sign for the package. If you’re unable to be home to sign for a package, many of our carriers may allow you to request for your package to be held at one of their facilities, so that you can sign for your package on your own time. If the packages are returned due to missing adult signature then there is a $19.96 restocking fee that will be deducted from your order.
