Is my product defective? | I need a replacement part? | My device won’t charge?Updated 6 months ago

If your product is still firing after you pull, won’t charge, is lighting up when it shouldn’t be, or won’t pull at all, take a video of it and send it to [email protected]. We will inspect the problem and provide a solution. In your email, please use the subject "Damaged or Defective Item," and please include the following:

Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. We do offer store credit or refunds for broken products within 10 days of delivery.

If you do not submit a video or photo of the defective product, we will be unable to troubleshoot/compensate you.

If you do not provide a photo of what you've received in your order (not your order form), we will be unable to assist you.
