We offer gift cards for broken products within 10 days of purchase.
We may also offer a replacement for your defective product(s) in certain situations.
*Please note White Horse Vapor does not issue refunds for damaged, defective, or missing items.
If you have received a broken or damaged item, please take a photo or video of it and send it to [email protected]. In your email, please use the subject "Damaged or Defective Item," and please include the following:

Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. We are only able to offer gift cards or replacements for broken products within 10 days of delivery.
If you do not submit a video or photo of the defective product, we will be unable to troubleshoot/compensate you.
If you do not provide a photo of what you've received in your order (not your order form), we will be unable to assist you.
